the coffee plantation
Along the path formerly used by the muleteers, you will discover the different plots with their varieties, the banana barriers, the numerous trees that offer shade to the coffee trees and the cool guaduales that preserve the water sources of the farm.

the traditional steps
Among the furrows of the coffee bushes, you can enter and learn how to collect coffee cherries and if you wish you can even carry the "coco" on your waist like a true collector.

Fermentation and Drying



The coffee cherry will begin a new stage of its process. After an initial selection, the cherries will be placed in a fermentation tank so that the sugars present in the pulp are absorbed by the grains. After a defined time, the cherries will go through the pulper, then the beans will be washed before being dried only in the sun.
