Finca Don Manuel offers you its specialty coffee production in green coffee, roasted coffee, plantains, bananas, lemons and a visit to the plantation and discover the origin of our coffee and the world of coffee.
We sell and export our green coffee in Europe and in the local market. The excellence of our coffee allows us, due to its attributes, to satisfy the requirements of our customers.

From the seed to the cup, we invite our visitors to discover the complex world of coffee in the regions of the coffee axis where a lot of physical effort is needed since the crops are located on the majestic central and western mountains.
Let’s take a walk on the farm’s trails between 1500 and 1800 m above sea level…
The coffee tree varieties Tabi, Colombia, Supremo, Castillo, Cenicafé 1 are planted on the slopes of the farm within this beautiful central mountain range.
Two plots planted with Tabi variety in July 2023 and Colombia variety in September 2022; They come from the selection of beans originating from the farm and replanted to offer us very high quality coffees.
